What is the best App that tracks Bitcoin rates of different btc exchanges?

ANS--- I would advise using CoinManager. It's an amazing app!

CoinManager- Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple finance app - Android Apps on Google Play.

Is it now too late to start with cryptocurrency investments?

ANS---
Absolutely not. The market is still tiny as compared to other investment markets. Also, remember that you don’t need to invest a lot to reap huge returns. Bitcoin (BTC) is trading at over $5000, but don’t let that intimidate you. You don’t have to buy whole bitcoins. You can buy tiny fractions of a bitcoin for much less money.
Also, there are loads of other cryptos that are much cheaper, and thus have room for much larger returns. My best advice is to do your research and learn as much as you can. Here are a few resources:
It’s never too late to get started. And, even now, you’re still way ahead of most of the market. Happy investing!

According to me its never too late to make an investment in cryptocurrency. You might think that you’ve missed the biggest possible profits in Bitcoins, but you do have a lot of other Altcoins. Those coins might provide you with more profits than Bitcoins. Well, I personally didn’t miss the Bitcoin, but I do have a lot of other coins which is providing me with a whole lot of profits.
Recently, Ripple has come to limelight. Currently Ripple in 2nd position under Price by Market Cap. I bought it for 17 INR and currently, it is priced at 200 INR. So, all you need to do is check for real amazing coins.
So, even in 2018, it not too late to invest in cryptocurrencies.

It is never late to invest in crypto.
If you believe it is never a bad time for saving money then it is the same for investing money. You might have to do your research.
